No, the birthers and truthers cancel each other out and compared to MSNBC and the network news, Fox seems closer to the center than it otherwise would.

I am a conservative. I don’t care what my so-called image is. I don’t care what foreigners think of me or my country. Freedom and security are way more important than image.

Nope, not at all.
If CNN and susan roesgen didn’t destroy the image of the left, why should commentators on FOX destroy the image of the Right?
FOX does provide fair distribution of the NEWS… but somehow, certain folks ignore that and concentrate on the opinion/commentary shows, while ignoring that other MSM outlets abuse the News venue with added opinion, and pass it off as fact… that is adding bias to what should be unbiased news.
Look at maddow, olbermann , maher, roesgen… the left eats that up, and then gets angry about a station that provides an outlet for BOTH sides of the aisle…
As for the birthers… well, look at the link… somehow I’d bet good money that folks on the left had little problem with what is shown there, and would categorize it under Free Speech… but they do not see that relevant to the birthers…

There is alot of smoke with the eligibility issue… but some on the left decide to add mirrors, instead of actually investigating it… they attack without looking at any evidence beyond what hey are told to believe…
Simply put, the NBC issue has not been defined by SCOTUS, and until it is, any person born to a non-citizen will be in doubt… and yes, obama had one parent who never was a US Citizen, and one who arguably was too young to transfer it at the time and place he was born… some question if it is fair that he would be penalized for something that was not within his control… the simple answer is … yes, the Constitution trumps his feelings.

No, our image was destroyed decades ago by liberal reporters fear-mongering about us in the major network news stations, convincing a lot of naive and gullible people that we’re nothing but rich racists.
