i have a speech on prescription drug abuse in one week… i have to make a PSA also… what can i do to make it the best speech possible? and suggestions?? thanks!

There have been so many shows and TV moments “honoring” Heath Ledger. The dude was in one or two halfway decent movies, but we are expected to revere him even though he sets a terrible example for young people. He chose drugs over his family and he was an irresponsible parent, so why do we need to honor him? People are acting as if the drugs he took were someone else’s fault, yet there are so many PSA’s telling kids to CHOOSE to stay off drugs. I don’t get it. Why can’t we tell the truth about this guy and stop celebrating him?

It was either anti smoking or drugs and I believe the tag-line was “Don’t Be An A–”. The kid smokes something, starts laughing and bends over out of the camera frame. When he comes back up, he’s making donkey sounds and has a huge donkey mask on. The PSA used to scare the crap out of me whenever it came on.

The commercial or PSA had the muppet Babies Ninja Turtles and other cartoons or live action which had a kid smoking or something of that nature and they all try to stop him from trying. anyone have a youtube link or wiki entry to wha this is? i remember watching as a young kid like 10 or so and watching this. thanks

Alcohol is a social lubricant, a mood improver, a short-term solution to any problem and a hell of a lot of fun. Drive right in and go for it! This was my Media Production and Analysis video. The unit was Power and Persuasion, and this video is meant to persuade that alcohol is fun, healthy and normal. Does it do the trick? Also on this account is my Anti Alcohol PSA.
