It was either anti smoking or drugs and I believe the tag-line was “Don’t Be An A–”. The kid smokes something, starts laughing and bends over out of the camera frame. When he comes back up, he’s making donkey sounds and has a huge donkey mask on. The PSA used to scare the crap out of me whenever it came on.
