Ahhh! major food binge!!?

Grrr, ohkay.
So im on a diet, and i was doing great this whole day until dinner time. In fact, I only had about 500 calories with breakfast and lunch combined. I had about 3 pieces of pizza for dinner, which my dad said is approximately 1600 calories. Does anybody know if that is about right? It was 2 pieces of pepperoni and one piece of cheese. Also, anyone have suggestions for how i can make up for all of that pizza?

go excersize.go for a walk a jog.dance in ur room for about 30 mins to a hour

Don’t worry about it, seriously, it won’t kill you…unless you weigh like five-hundred pounds, in which case every calorie could be your last…

dont worry about it. i can slam down 5 slices myself. but im also NOT on a diet.

I think next time, if you have more food in the morning, you’ll be less likely to eat as much during dinner. And if you’re feeling hungry between meals, eat fruit or yogurt. Don’t eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed! Too bad I get the midnight munchies a lot.

Don’t stress about it! Three peices of pizza is definitely NOT a binge, it actually equals about 600-650 calories which is totally fine. If you find that you’re eating more than you’d like to at dinner, it’s probably because you’re not eating enough during the day. If you eat more at breakfast and lunch your body won’t end up being so desparate for food at the end of the day. You don’t have to make up for it- Just put it behind you and eat healthier the next day =]

It won’t hurt you….but next time try to limit it to just one slice. That’s the toughest part about a diet…..give up a lot of fat and salt (both we can do without) and things just don’t taste the same.

The cheese pizza was 140 calories and the pepperoni was… 362 (you ate 2 slices thats why lol) Thats only 502 calories. Your supposed to eat about 1600 calories a day hun lol. Oh I got this from the food network fat and calorie calculator so I doubt its wrong.
Don’t worry you’ll be fine. Just go out side and maybe ride your bike for 30 minutes or job around your block
